Network Engineer
The Dirks Group, an information technology services and consulting company located in Wausau, WI, has an immediate need for a Network Engineer. The Network Engineer will be responsible for handling remote or client site support, installation, or customers’ technical issues and problems. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem solving skills, be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks. 2-4 years’ experience, A+, MCTS, and CCNA certification required. CCNP would be a plus.
Inside Technical Sales Support
The Dirks Group, an information technology services and consulting company located in Wausau, WI, is looking to add to their internal sales team. Inside Technical Sales Support will be responsible for handling hardware and software quotes, software license renewals, and researching product specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem solving skills, be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks. Experience with computer technology is preferred.
